wHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
BE CLEAR! Remember, EverBank Stadium has a clear bag policy that will be strictly enforced. All bags brought into the stadium must be clear and no larger than 12”x6”x12”. Backpacks of any kind (even clear) are prohibited. Non-clear bags, wallets and small clutches must be no larger than 4.5”x6.5”. Please leave any unapproved bag in your vehicle prior to approaching gates to enter the stadium.
Where is the Box Office?
The event day box office is located outside of Gate 1 and will handle all will call and event day ticket purchases.
HOW WILL I HAVE MY TICKET SCANNED?
Please have your mobile tickets ready and phone brightness turned up before arriving for the concert for ease of scanning. No re-entry is permitted.
WHERE ARE GUEST SERVICES BOOTHS LOCATED?
Fans may visit these booths to ask questions and seek assistance. Guest services and staff will also be located throughout the stadium and on the field to assist as necessary. The Guest Services booths open for the concert will be located at the following locations:
Main Concourse: southeast corner at Section 144
Main Concourse: southwest corner at Section 102
Upper Concourse: west upper deck at Section 410
Upper Concourse: east upper deck at Section 436
East & West Club: On the ground level
What CAN I BRING INTO THE STADIUM?
Prohibited items include: No weapons of any kind, no bottles of any kind, or fireworks and incendiary materials; cameras with detachable lenses, flash equipment, video equipment, Go-Pro, or HD video cameras are not allowed, except for authorized media visitors; professional-grade audio recording devices; laser pointers, glow sticks, and selfie sticks; signs larger than 16x20 inches; wrapped gifts for the artists; coolers or containers including cans, cups, and bottles; food and beverage from outside the stadium (with the exception of one sealed water bottle); knives, guns, explosives, and any type of weapon including actual toy replicas; iPads, tablets, laptops, and drones; chairs or seated cushions; skateboards; noisemakers, whistles, and airhorns; pets, except service animals; sticks or poles, including selfie sticks; strollers; umbrellas; personal property or clothing that is potentially hazard to others (e.g. chains, wallet chains or jewelry with spiked edges); tobacco products & e-cigarettes.

Arrive early! All fans will be directed to go through full metal detection screening, clear bag checks and pat-downs for stadium entry.

RIDESHARE INFORMATION:
Fans utilizing rideshare for transportation after the concert should arrange a meeting location on the West Side by A. Phillip Randolph Blvd. near Lot Z. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly if using rideshare or taxis. Rideshare drop off is located on the west side of the stadium located near the Veterans Memorial Wall
How can i stay hydrated?
Cooling stations with water will be available throughout the venue. One factory-sealed 16.9 oz or less bottle of water is permitted per guest. Otherwise, outside food and beverage are prohibited.
What ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
